Kids Program

Our program starts kids as young as 4 on their martial arts journey. We provide level based instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Our top priority is your child's physical and mental wellbeing. 

We understand that not everyone is a competitor or a fighter and no one is ever required to spar or compete.

Ages 4 - 13

Adults Program

Our adult program focuses on level based instruction to teach the basics of self-defense using various martial arts. 

When you're ready, we transition to more advanced techniques used on the mats and in the cage. 

We understand that not everyone is a competitor or a fighter and no one is ever required to spar or compete.

Ages 14 & Up

Women's Self-Defense Program

Our Women's Only Self-defense program will teach you the information you need to predict, identify, avoid and control dangerous situations before, during and after they occur. W will help you avoid becoming an easy target as well as teach you the necessary skills to defend yourself if and when the need arises.
Adults ages 14 & up.

MMA Program

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport wherein two competitors fight to achieve dominance using tactics like striking, control and finishing holds or submissions.
Classes are geared towards learning basic and advanced techniques like punches, strangles/chokes, take-downs, kicks, joint-locks, and throws.

Developing fighters and future champions.

Adults ages 14 & up.
