Our gym is home to two USA Boxing South Texas Junior Olympic Champions, and we’re proud to train students with all kinds of goals, fitness, skill-building, or stepping into the competitive ring.

Kids Martial Arts

Our program starts with kids as young as 5. We focus on level-based instruction to teach the basics of self-defense using various martial arts including but not limited to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai.
No one is ever required to spar or compete.

We focus on level based instruction to teach the basics of self-defense using various martial arts including but not limited to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. When you're ready, we transition to more advanced techniques used on the mats and in the cage.
Classes include cardio, calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, bag work and self-defense taught in a fun and safe environment.
We understand that not everyone is a competitor or a fighter and no one is ever required to spar or compete.
